Welcome to Bootcamp!

Ultimate Fitness Bootcamp is geared towards people of all ages and levels of fitness. All you need is pair of hand weights, a yoga mat or towel (only while outdoors), and a water bottle. I'll provide the rest. I recommend using 5 lb weights to start but you could use lighter or heavier weights to meet your needs.

Our class is capped at 15 people while indoors and 25 people when outdoors. This helps ensure that everyone is doing the exercises correctly and allowing for more one-on-one interaction. I'm not going to blow my whistle and scream in your face but I will guide you through 60 minutes of heart thumping, blood pumping, self-esteem boosting fun! 

We use stability balls, Bosu balls, Kettle bells, TRX, exercise steps, flexibars, weighted medicine balls, resistance bands, hand weights, undulation ropes (aka Battle Ropes) , a giant tractor tire we've named "Bertha", and our own body weight to perform numerous exercises throughout each class. Each class a mixture of cardio and strength training that's hits all the major muscles groups for a full body workout.

I want you to leave my bootcamp saying "Wow, that was awesome" and then I want you to go home and tell your friends and family. 

My bootcamp runs on a 4-week rotation so unlike a 12-month gym membership, you only commit for 4 weeks at a time.
This means that you can come and go as you please with no contractual obligations or penalties for taking a month off. 
Classes are held in Georgetown. In the colder months we use my home studio and when the weather settles we rent a beautiful outdoor space.

                       I don't offer any "weight loss guarantees" like you might find with other bootcamps and I'll tell you why.

                                                                           I can't control what you put in your mouth! 

 If you fuel your body with sensible portions of healthy foods and come to bootcamp a few times a week then you will certainly see results. However, If you are sitting around all day eating unhealthy food then you could work out with me till you're blue in the face and still not see results.
