Welcome to the Mom & Baby Fitness Page!
I currently offer two types of fitness classes for parents and their children.
Stroller Fitness classes run for 60 minutes and are open to moms, dads, caregivers, and their children 4 years and under.
We warm up with a few minutes of brisk walking before embarking on a full body workout including abdominals, cooldown, and stretching.
Due to the nature of this class, it is recommended that children remain in their strollers until we are ready to begin our cooldown and stretching.
Stroller Fitness classes run in 8 week sessions and are held in both Georgetown and Acton.
$50 for a 10-class pass. $7 for a single class.

Mom & Baby Fitness classes run for 60 minutes and are suitable for moms and their child(ren) 2 years old and under.
Older children are welcome but may become more of a participant than a prop for mom ;)
We warm up with a quick cardio burst then grab our little ones and get ready for a full body workout. Integrating children into our fitness routine is a great way for moms to fit exercise into their daily routine without feeling guilty or having to leave their child.
Mom and Baby classes offer a very relaxed atmosphere but with 8 participants, you can expect some distractions. There is a play area in the corner of the room for children that have lost interest. The play area is gated for safety while still allowing parent and child to see each other. Children can rejoin the group as often as they like and the moms can continue their workout with one of our 10 or 20 pound sand logs.
Classes are held in Georgetown and run in 8 week sessions.
The cost for all 8 weeks is as follows:
Tuesdays OR Thursdays $80 ($10 per class)
Tuesdays AND Thursdays $140 ($8.75 per class)
